Drew Barrymore – Are the rumors true?
A local radio station has been touting the rumor that Drew Barrymore has purchased property close to The Downtown Bentonville Square. We haven’t been able to verify this and in fact this was the first we heard about it. But, if the rumors are true it will be no surprise. Barrymore has recently launched a cosmetic line being sold exclusively at Wal-Mart. Her husband is in art advisory and says she loves The Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Her most recent trip to Bentonville was certainly not her first.

Stars such as Drew Barrymore, Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman and Kareem Abdul – Jabbar have been recent visitors to Bentonville. Bentonville has become the “it” place to be in Arkansas and the momentum is escallating. Real Estate sales are booming and there is a large number of older homes being rehabilitated in the Downtown area. Homes on or near The Square sell very quickly and for top dollar. If the rumors are true about Drew Barrymore it will be an exciting event for Bentonville!
