With the cold weather we’ve had lately in the Ozarks thanks to that polar blast, people are really starting to think about the holidays. Christmas lights, holiday parades, Santa Claus and of course, snow are on the minds of area residents. Bentonville, Arkansas has that nostalgic Christmas-card town appeal with its historic buildings and eye-pleasing aesthetics. It’s never more beautiful in downtown Bentonville than it is during the Christmas holiday season. From the lighted Christmas trees and tinseled doorways, to the hot chocolate served at The Pressroom and holiday packaging of fabulous finds at Kate Austin on the square, you’ll feel the warmth of Bentonville’s downtown district while feeling a little nostalgia while walking along the bustling sidewalks. But wait, there’s more! Downtown Bentonville becomes even more of a Kodak-moment town when the outdoor skating rink opens this weekend!
