If you’ve ever driven through the Centerton/West Bentonville area, you’ve probably noticed the beautiful brick wall just off Highway 72 that surrounds approximately 104 acres of land. Ten years ago Tuscany was planned to become one of Northwest Arkansas’ premier upscale neighborhoods when a series of unfortunate events put further development on hold.
Last year, however, Homes by Roth, led by brothers Jeff and Randy Roth, purchased the 58 undeveloped lots in Phase 1. Earlier this spring they built 11 homes there and have several more in various stages of construction. Plans are also in the works to develop the 69 lots in Phase 2 and the 41 lots in Phase 3, so now is a great time to get in. Given its idyllic appearance and proximity to both the prestigious Talamore neighborhood and the new Bentonville West High School, we predict Tuscany is going to be the next big residential hotspot.
Neighborhood Features
The first thing you notice is the remarkable brick wall and 20 foot tower encompassing the neighborhood. The original developers bought salvage brick from several old buildings in South Carolina, hauling 50,000 bricks on 21 trucks back to Centerton.
Beyond the gates rise the brand new, 2,727 square foot clubhouse (still under construction) and common areas, which will include a playground, basketball court, and the largest in-ground swimming pool allowed by the State of Arkansas.
Roth’s homes in Tuscany have all the bells and whistles, including smart home technology, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, central vacuum systems, and brick/stone exteriors. There is even talk of including charging stations for electric cars! The price points for the new homes in Tuscany start at $130 per square foot, and as with any home built by the Roth brothers, you will find they’re worth every penny.
